This house was built in the 1930’s, in Neo-Romanian style with art deco influences. The Dutch client approached Iulia Iuga-Dohmen to design the interior with durable and luxury products, in a modern-art deco style.
This 5-room apartment will soon become a home for a couple with 3 little girls. Pink and purple shades with white tones, golden lamps, and luxury accents will transform the space into an elegant interior. This living space was designed to have smart home technology.
The interior design had to reflect the wishes of the client, to be glamourous, attractive but also comfortable and easy to maintain. Shades of blue marine and emerald, lamps with sun shape, strong contrasts and quality furniture will transform this space into a long-lasting home.
Located at the Black Sea in Mamaia, Iulia designed this apartment specially for the summer holidays. Sandy pinky colors, and water blues are the main inspiration for this project.
The client wanted to have a home with a light atmosphere, serene, and peaceful. He and his family will spend most of the time at home working and living. The house has plenty of natural light and a big open space at the ground floor where all rooms communicate with each other. A gym and a laundry room were a must in the interior design project.
